Another question to newer members....

Any idea why Goudey thought it necessary to give a
1942 gift of a gas mask to store owners ?

ANY OTHER PROOF of gum companies giving gifts to
mom and pop store owners ?

ALSO, ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Dan.......and nice way to get us back on topic.....wow...a gas mask.......guess it was par for the course. Maybe they valued their store owners and just wanted them to be around in the event of war! That's a really ODD item for a premium...........

What can you tell us about "Around the world" gum? Any contests or premiums?

Thank you.
