I've had this card for many years. Back in the dim recesses of my (alleged) mind, I think it might have come from a pack of Q-Tips. I hope someone can come up with the correct ID.

I don't know the origin of the card but I do know the artist--Maynard Reece. He did a lot of the Brooke Bond tea cards that featured birds. It's unusual to see his work featuring a fish. I assume the back is blank?

Since the card is perforated, it was likely issued on packaging as a panel of two or more cards.

You are correct! I think there are 5 in the set. We have them in the database:

Very neat, Todd! Since the artwork is from the NWF, it makes sense that the artists would be the same ones from the Brooke Bond cards. The Killer Whale artwork is identical to the same card from the Exploring the Oceans series.

Thanks, Todd.  Glad to see my memory is still working.
