I haven't seen these before and wasn't able to find them on Todd's site.  Anybody know what hat other letter combinations were produced?

Sounds like every letter was produced, based on the side of the box text.

Well, all letters but one - since they were giving prizes for completed sets.

So 13 boxes with AB, CD, EF, GH, IJ, KL, MN, OP, QR, ST, UV, WX, YZ would make sense.

13 makes sense to get all the letters.  However, 13 seems like an odd number for a set total.  If they were holding one pair back to limit redemptions, the the regular print run would be 12 which isn't so odd.

I was just curious if they issued non-consecutive pairs and only held back a single letter.  Then the master set total would be higher.

I don't think they'd get away with not printing a whole letter or two.  One box may be SP, but to not print it at all would be hard to believe.  As full boxes, this type of set wouldn't fall into a standard "how many cards fit on a known sheet configuration?"
