I've always had them down as issued by Monty Gum (a company from Holland/The Netherlands).

They are listed on the Monty Gum site:

http://www.montyplaatjes.nl/film/items/53-filmsterren?start=20

They're also listed as such on eBay. They come with rounded (with & without white border on backs) & square corners.

However Troy has them listed on his website as issued by Maple Leaf Gum:

http://www.moviecard.com/valgum/map-international.html

Maybe therefore they were issued in Canada by Maple Leaf Gum & in Europe by Monty Gum?

Matt, many thanks. I think mine are Maple Leaf Gum actually as they originally came out of Canada. Josh

Unrelated to this particular issue, but an interesting Monty Gum variation. Both packs were manufactured in Holland by Monty Gum Inc, one for distribution in Holland and one for US distribution by R. L. Albert & Son Inc. Anyone know of any similar wrapper/regional distribution variations for other Monty Gum issues?

Monty Gum wrestling had two different packs. One standard English and one with Arabic text. The Arabic is most common, and I can't even find a picture of a non-Arabic pack.

I had forgotten that Hulk one. I too, only have the pack pictured. Very true, most packs that turn up are this variant.
