Is it made of very white, mylar like paper? It looks thicker in the edge on scan but wavy in another.

Might be a match print photo, which is the original photo used to make the cards.  Topps sold a lot of those some years ago.  Here is a basketball one from 1975 that came with a similar COA:

It is a negative photo proof (photo proof of the negative used for the photo of the card). Should be considered 1/1 from the Topps Vault.

Wow OK that makes it more interesting for sure. However, all of my others have 1/1 inked in next to the hologram so the jury is out on that one...... Thank you. Best garno
