I know these are normally blue printing on the reverse, and depending on the printing vary quite a bit in intensity, but I just took in a consignment that has two cards that are undeniably black ink. Is this unusual?

I have a few in my collection. Def rarer than the blue backs but unsure if they carry a premium. Worth mentioning in your auction write up.

Blue is definitely more common. Black backs should command double value. Try putting a black back set together, will take some time.

Does anybody have an uncut sheet (or even an image) of this set or knowledge as to which cards are overprinted?.....it's one of the few post-WWII sets that I don't have in the NSB.
